'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9, Episode 14 Spoilers: Romance For Raj and Claire? Meemaw Meets Amy
The upcoming episode of "The Big Bang Theory" season 9 promises thrill-filled moments as Sheldon's Meemaw finally touches down in her grandson's flat.
Spoilers from Wikia reveal that Sheldon (Jim Parsons) will get a letter from her Meemaw, letting him know that she will be coming to town to pay his beloved grandson a visit. Entertainment Weekly reported earlier this month that Academy Award nominee June Squibb has been cast for the role.
For the first time in the history of the hit show, Meemaw will finally be seen, and despite not having been shown in the previous episodes, her arrival is expected to turn the tables for some of the cast.

When Meemaw arrives, she will immediately like Penny (Kelly Cuoco) but it seems she won't have the mood for Amy (Mayim Bialik). In an intense conversation between the grandmother, the grandson, and the grandson's girlfriend, Meemaw will spill that Sheldon had a ring for Amy.
It is yet to be revealed if Sheldon will finally pop the question to Amy, but it is expected that the ring will play a vital role in the season. Co-Creator Chuck Lorre also said during the midseason break that fans will have to look forward to how the ring will play along the life of both Sheldon and Amy post-coitus.
Meanwhile, Raj (Kunal Nayyar) meets a woman at the comic book store. While Claire (Alessandra Torresani) is just someone who sees Raj as a possible work partner, Raj imagines something more than that. What's interesting is the rumor that suggests Claire may come in between Raj and Emily (Laura Spencer).
The poor man is now torn between two lovers — at least in his dreams — and fans will have to see how he handles the situation and if Emily will notice that he has a thing for Claire.
