Meanwhile, one of the show's stars, Johnny Galecki, who plays the role of Leornard, recently shared some interesting details about Leonard and Penny's relationship. The two were finally married in the previous episode of the series.

According to Variety, he stated, "I'm excited that Leonard and Penny have finally stopped talking about it and have taken the plunge, but that doesn't solve any problems or answer any questions. So they'll have a new world of loving struggle."

Aside from the future of their relationship, Galecki also shared some details about how he got the role of Leonard. It was revealed that he actually asked to play Leonard instead of Sheldon, which is played by Jim Parsons. He said, "I had not been able to traverse those stories of the heart. I have often been cast as the best friend or the gay assistant of whatever character got to explore those relationships. I said I would rather play this guy, who seems to have a future of romantic triumphs and difficulties."

"The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 14 is expected to air on Feb. 25.
