'The Blacklist' Season 3: Season 1 Blacklister Rocks Tom & Liz's Relationship
As if facing the complicated legal issues with the authorities weren't enough to stress out Liz Keen (Megan Boone) when the second half of the third season of NBC's hit crime drama TV series, "The Blacklist," returns, a recent casting report from Entertainment Weekly revealed that Season 1 cast member Margarita Levieva will be reprising her role as the former Blacklister, Gina Zanetakos.
The character in question made her debut back in the first season. Besides being an assassin and corporate spy, Ms. Zanetakos also happens to be one of Tom's (Ryan Eggold) former flames.
Unlike the rest of the Blacklisters, Gina wasn't killed but instead was freed by the Feds at the end of the episode in exchange for her testimony.

EW added that the "sultry jack-of-all-trades criminal will shake things up between Liz and Tom."
The two never really had that "stable" status in their relationship. Still, a little nudge, thanks to this person from the past, wouldn't be out of the ordinary. Furthermore, there's the fact that the show will incorporate Boone's real-life pregnancy into the storyline.
According to executive producer Jon Bokenkamp, the actress' pregnancy with partner Dan Estabrook will be written into the series when it returns on air following its winter hiatus.
As to how this could happen in the show, Bokenkamp previously explained that they could easily put in the plot when Liz slept with her former husband. Recently, however, the EP said that they still are brainstorming on how to effectively do it as this could affect the suture of the show.
One thing is for sure though, the child won't be from Red (James Spader) as the former FBI agent only shared a parental relationship with him.
"The Blacklist" Season 3B is slated to return with the episode titled "The Director," on Thursday, Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
