'The Expendables 4' Rumors: Movie with Over $100 Million in Budget?
Despite the lowest figures that the "Expendables" franchise raked in for its third installment, it obviously didn't keep the team from getting enough support to give its fans the fourth movie as it was announced earlier in October that "The Expendables 4" is definitely on the way.
It should be noted that the third movie didn't even make it to the $40 million mark in the U.S. box office, but because it was able to get $78 million from China, it still makes for a huge success compared to other action films.
Some outlets believe that one of the reasons that made the third movie flop is because the entire movie was leaked online before it was even released on the big screens. The other two movies have been rated R and this is largely the reason why so many people were attracted to the big screens. Meanwhile, the hype is up ever since it was announced that production will begin for the fourth movie next year as the team is looking forward to a 2017 release.
