'The Vampire Diaries' Season 7 Episode 5 Spoilers: Stefan Hides The Truth About Valerie; Bonnie Gives Doubts About Jo's Resurrection

Caroline will have the adage that goes: "First love never dies," put to a test as she talks Stefan into meeting up with Valerie to settle their old issues as the seventh season of The CW's hit supernatural drama TV series "The Vampire Diaries" airs this week with the episode titled "Live Through This."

Citing the spoiler report from International Business Times, Caroline is said to have urged Stefan to see Valerie thinking "it would really be good for them."

Despite her noble intentions, things might not turn out the way she wants it to as according to the media outlet, the Heretic appears to be determined not to let go of the Salvatore again. In fact, Valerie will drop the shocking news that before she died, she was pregnant with his child.

It can be assumed that the revelation won't sit well with Stefan but fans are somewhat worried how he would tell Caroline this latest development.

The promo video cited by IBT showed Caroline asking Stefan what he and Valerie talked about. The man pretended that there's nothing major going on.

Will this lie affect Stefan's relationship with Caroline in the long run?

In another development, it appears that Bonnie is somewhat worried about the effects of using the Phoenix Stone in reviving Alaric's wife, Jo.

In a sneak-peek video shared over at TV Guide, Bonnie admits that raising two dead people from the dead within a span of 24 hours armed with nothing but a "sketchy spell and something called a Phoenix Stone" may sound a bit worrying.

"No research, no rehearsal time and no contingency plan," she said in the video (via TVGuide). "And now that I have a little breathing room, I want to figure out what kind of magic I was dealing with just in case I opened up Pandora's rock."

Find out how these events unfold when "The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 airs this Thursday, Nov. 5, on The CW.
