Valeria Lukyanova 'Kids Are Revolting, As Are Interracial Relationships'

Valeria Lukyanova, better known as the "Human Barbie," is speaking out about her looks and life and offering some controversial comments about starting a family, children, and interracial relationships. Lukyanova has had extensive cosmetic surgery to transform herself into a living Barbie doll and lives a unique lifestyle that is complete with her views on life.

In an interview with GQ magazine, Lukyanova dismissed the idea that her cosmetic surgery was to make her appear more Western, which is counter to her Moldovan roots.

"Everyone wants a slim figure," Lukyanova said. "Everyone gets breasts done. Everyone fixes up their faces if it's not idea, you know? Everyone strives for the golden mean. It's global now."

"The ideal of beauty used to be different," interviewer Michael Idov responded.

"That's because of the race-mixing," Lukyanova explained. "Ethnicities are mixing now, so there's degeneration, and it didn't used to be like that. Remember how many beautiful women there were in the 1950s and 1960s, without any surgery? And now, thanks to degeneration, we have this. I love the Nordic image myself. I have white skin; I am a Nordic type – perhaps a little Eastern Baltic, but closer to Nordic."

Lukyanova worked hard to design the image she wanted and continues to try and keep that image as "pure" as possible. This means going on an all-air diet, where she consumed nothing but air. That did not last long and now Lukyanova is on an all-liquid diet in order to keep her shape. When she happened to see a group of children running around a mall, her natural reaction took Idov by surprise.

"The very idea of having children brings out this deep revulsion in me," she said. "Most people have children to fulfill their own ambitions, not to give anything. They don't think about what they can give this child, what they can teach her. They just try to shape her according to some weird script – whatever they couldn't do in life, like becoming a writer or a doctor. I'd rather die from torture because the worst thing in the world is to have a family lifestyle."
