What is Hillary Clinton Doing Now: Former Candidate Promotes Book Amid Russia Investigation
Someone in Washington could be going to prison but it's definitely not Hillary Clinton. The former Democratic nominee is nowhere near the capital when the charges came for President Trump's former campaign chairman followed by a former Trump aide pleading guilty to lying to federal agents investigation Russian meddling in the election.
No, Mrs. Clinton was in Chicago promoting her book "I have a great chapter about Russia", a book about how she lost the election to alleged Russian hacking no less. She also took the time to quip about conservative media outlets' obsession with a defeated presidential candidate despite the fact that the big news is currently coming from the victor's camp.
"All the networks except Fox are reporting what's really going on.... It appears they don't know I'm not president," said Clinton during an event at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University on Monday night.

Conservative media seem to have followed the White House's talking points in reporting the news dump of the past few days in that there's absolutely no collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign. This is despite new evidence uncovered by special prosecutor Robert Mueller's investigation as well as the recent testimony from former Trump aide George Papadopoulos.
Instead, the conservative outlets reports on the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee's funding of research, and even the Uranium One deal with a Russian company that was approved during the Obama administration while Clinton was secretary of state as the clearest evidence of collusion with Russia. This, for the Clinton camp at least, appears to be fixation on an administration that simply does not exist.
"If you watch Fox News these days, they're treating Hillary Clinton as if she won the election," said former Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon. "FOX News is certainly buying that alternative narrative and they're trying to peddle it, but Bob Mueller is not going to fall for that."
FOX News has yet to comment on Clinton's remarks.
