WWE Rumors: 5 Sensible Feuds for Seth Rollins When He Returns
Who will Rollins be facing?
The WWE lately has been plagued by so many injuries to its stars, so it's about time for someone to step up and help the entertainment company get back to prominence. With that in mind, the next edition of Monday Night Raw should be more than enough to generate interest in the WWE, with stars like John Cena, Randy Orton, and Seth Rollins making their respective returns.
According to Forbes, the popular Rollins is expected to make a return to the ring by June for Raw, a program by the WWE that has been struggling as of late ever since he and Cena took some time off with injuries. But now, the program will again be able to compete with WrestleMania.
And because Rollins' return is already set in stone, the only question now is who are those guys anticipated to carry on with their feuds with former WWE World Heavyweight champion? Here's a list of the give most sensible rivals for his return:
1. Roman Reigns
It makes a lot of sense to put Reigns on this list. Well, the script to the feud is very easy to write because Rollins wants nothing more than to win back a championship, but Reigns is currently holding on to it. Well, there's no need to expand on that. Anyway, the two stars have some bit of history, too, since they were both personalities in "The Shield."
2. AJ Styles
It's a rivalry that every wrestling fan out there certainly would want to see develop. Styles is rapidly becoming one of the main event stars for the WWE and Rollins himself never really relinquished his popularity either. So this certainly will be as intriguing as everyone expects it to be. We'll just hope the WWE will find ways to get these two inside the ring.
3. Randy Orton
Bleacher Report believes Randy Orton's return is perfectly set for a matchup and rivalry with fellow returnee, Rollins. Both stars carved their respective niches in "The Authority." It means it certainly will be interesting to use that history between them to come up with a new rivalry.
4. Bray Wyatt
It may be true that Rollins and Wyatt did have a feud back in the days of The Shield and The Wyatt Family, but that's old history right there. But it actually can also be a good reason to make another rivalry story for the two. No question about it, they're two very popular stars and the WWE will benefit by setting these two up for a clash.
5. Brock Lesnar
The most obvious reason why Brock Lesnar should renew his feud with the comebacking Rollins is because he wants revenge. Rollins took Lesnar's title at WrestleMania 31 and although they once again faced each other at WWE Battleground, it wasn't really a good show.
