4 LGBT pride events that exposed kids to nudity, twerking, sexually explicit content
Seattle
On the Seattle Pride website, the event organizer states that the parade is all about “inclusiveness — all ages gather along the route to watch the festivities.” Although the event is promoted as being suitable for children, The Post Millennial captured video footage of full-frontal nudity as naked bicyclists publicly exposed themselves in the parade.
Dozens of naked men and one female-looking individual rode bicycles in front of a crowd that included young children attending the Seattle Pride Parade. The Post Millennial posted a video (nudity warning) of the event on Twitter Sunday, and the footage shows multiple children watching the spectacle.
Some of the signs attached to the naked performers' bicycles read “Pride is for every body” and “challenge body shame, build self-esteem.”
In a separate tweet posted on the same day, The Post Millennial shared footage of the Boys and Girl Scouts of America leading the parade. Several of the young boys and girls seen in the video held LGBT flags while walking alongside other adults participating in the event. A few adults appeared to be wearing uniforms associated with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, suggesting that they might have been troop leaders.
