Candace Cameron Bure and 'Full House' Cast Reunite

Candace Cameron Bure reunited with her on-screen family from "Full House" in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The family sitcom ended in 1995, but D.J. Tanner, her dad, and Uncle Jesse can still be seen together in Hollywood.

During the Starlight Awards on Wednesday, Cameron Bure caught up with co-stars John Stamos and Bob Saget, also known as Uncle Jesse and Danny Tanner on "Full House."

The 37-year-old actress posed with her former co-stars on the red carpet where they discussed the old days on the set of "Full House," according to Us magazine.

"There was actually a lot of love, that's why the show's a hit," said Saget. "It was a nicely written kid show for 12-year-old kids, mostly girl friendly. Any cast that does well now is because there's stuff going on that's not in the lines where you can see there's a spark going on with them, and that's with the love of that show. This was a kid show and a family show so we all genuinely have affection, a love for each other."

Furthermore, the 57-year-old takes pride in the success of "Full House," and especially appreciates compliments from fans.

"It is a part of culture and it's not going away," Saget added. "Little kids are watching it now like it just started, so it's really quite funny. The biggest compliment I get, me especially because I'm the oldest, is, 'You look the same!' I'm like, 'No I don't dude, I'm all older and puffy,' but they're like, 'No, no!.'"

As for Stamos' take on the television series, the actor said he is often recognized for his portrayal of Uncle Jesse.

"I've done so much work since ['Full House'], but it doesn't ever go away," he said. "I never tried to run from it, but I've really embraced it these last 10 years. I'm proud of it."

Canceled after eight seasons, "Full House" followed widowed Tanner who lived in San Francisco with his three daughters, best friend Joey, and brother-in-law Jesse. Among the cast was also Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson.

Meanwhile, Wednesday was not the first time cast members of "Full House" reunited. Back in April, Cameron Bure, Saget, and Jodie Sweetin who played D.J.'s younger sister posed at the Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine event in Los Angeles.

Furthermore, earlier this year, Saget visited the home that served at the exterior of his character's home on the series and shared photos.

Also, Stamos recently reunited with his onscreen band from "Full House" called Jesse and the Rippers.

"Never thought I'd be singing THIS song," Stamos posted to Instagram along with a video of himself recording the theme song to "Full House."

Stamos and the band also appeared on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."
