Clint Eastwood and Wife Dina Legally Separate
Dina Eastwood filed for a separation from husband Clint Eastwood on Monday, according to reports.
Married since 1996, the couple previously lived together in Carmel, Calif.
Reports of the couple's split first arose last month when Dina confirmed that she and the legendary actor had been living apart for months.

Today, Dina is moving forward legally. The former television broadcaster's separation petition requested spousal support and physical custody of Dina and Clint's 16-year-old daughter Morgan, whose legal custody would be shared by her parents, according to The Monterey County Herald.
"It is always wise to base our actions out of curiosity for knowledge or quest for truth instead of response to fear or anger," Dina posted to Twitter Monday, Sept. 9, possibly referring to her legal filing.
While Dina and Clint share one daughter, the legendary actor has six other children with other women.
According to sources close to the couple, trouble arose in the marriage during the filming of their reality show "Mrs. Eastwood & Company."
The Oscar Award-winning actor is currently living in Los Angeles, where he is directing a film adaptation of the Broadway musical "Jersey Boys," according to People magazine.
Despite the end of her 17-year-long marriage to the Hollywood icon, Dina remains positive about him.
"I don't like reading negative things about Clint," she posted to Twitter on Sept. 2. "He is a wonderful, good-natured, brilliant person. No matter what, I attest to that."
Alternately, Eastwood has been "unavailable to reach" since news of his separation from Dina went public.
"Clint is shooting a picture right now," explained his manager, Leonard Hirshan, to E! News. "He doesn't have a press agent and that's all I can tell you."
