Dodgers star Carl Crawford's baby. Now, she is opening up about the anxiety she has now that the world has changed since she gave birth 20 years ago.

"Okay, so we all know the last time I gave birth was over 20 years ago with my daughter Shaniece," Lozada wrote in a piece for the Latina website Que Mas! "A lot has changed in the world of babies since the last time I gave birth -- back then my daughter had a wind-up swing for crying out loud!"

While a number of things like baby food and the public perception surrounding breast feeding has changed, Lozada is admitting that she has a number of things to re-learn.

"There are so many things I have to learn (or re-learn) before my blessing is born. I love that I'm able to go through the process of being pregnant and becoming a mom all over again," she wrote. "But I'm also curious: Am I the only expectant mom who thinks things have changed dramatically over the years? Has anyone else had babies years apart and felt like you had to learn a TON of new things?"

Lozada has been vocal about her pregnancy since announcing it to the world late last year. She even spoke about the criticism that she may be receiving for giving birth at her age in the second part of her interview.

"I think that when God blesses you with a child, then that's the right time. And if people want to say I'm old, then hey that's fine," Lozada told omg! Insider. "It doesn't bother me. I think right now is the perfect time for me because um, I'm older and I feel like I can really enjoy this moment."
