First Patch for 'Project Cars' Xbox One Now Live (VIDEO)
Slightly Mad Studios has released the first patch for Xbox One's "Project Cars" just three weeks after the racing game was launched.
The first "Project Car" patch for Xbox One consoles is now live less than a month after developer, Slightly Mad Studios released the motorsport racing simulator on May 7.
Patch 1.3 fixes several issues and provides technical solutions over wheel controllers, gamepad controllers, and a freak AI that allows rival vehicles to fuel up in the middle of races without allowing the player's own cars to do so.

Issues with the pit engineers as well as random car crashes have been fixed, with Time Trials revised to begin at 11 a.m. for consistent track temperatures on PC versions of the game. The Time Trial fix ensures the smooth motions of the sun, moon, stars and shadow during replay.
ABS brake rumbles have been added to Xbox One triggers to enable triggers to lose traction when players brake their vehicles. Patch 1.3 also improved controller rumble effect efficiency for a more responsive steering experience. The range and axis for Xbox One analogue sticks have also been reworked to keep players from getting stuck while steering from one extreme to another.
Fanatec wheels steering jolt issues have been fixed, together with online crashes when players advance from Qualifying heats to Racing.
Community event ghosts can now be saved and stored online; Cadwell, Oschersleben, Zolder, Summerton and Sakitto tracks have been corrected, and driver network profile affinity accuracy have received tweaks, as well.
IGN writes Slightly Mad is experiencing trouble working on the game's Wii version; however, the game has been praised with an 8.9 rating from gaming websites for offering a deep, demanding, but user friendly racing simulation.
