The 100th episode of "Glee" is scheduled to be a two-part event set to air on March 18th and March 25th, according to the Daily Mail.

Paltrow and Chenoweth will return for the special as characters Holly Holliday and April Rhodes, respectively.

As previously reported, the sixth and final season of "Glee" will also see Chace Crawford guest star as the boyfriend of Dianna Agron's character, Quinn.

In the past, "Glee" has hosted several popular celebrities as guest stars, including Idina Menzel, Neil Patrick Harris, Katie Couric, and Kate Hudson.

The hit musical series suffered a great loss last year when its star Cory Monteith was found dead in a Vancouver hotel in July. His death was caused by a toxic combination of heroin and alcohol. The actor portrayed Finn Hudson on "Glee," but has since been written off.

While Paltrow and Chenoweth are guest-starring for the 100th "Glee" episode, the show is also reportedly planning to honor Monteith during the special.

"Glee" already offered an emotional tribute to Monteith during "The Quarterback" episode in season 5, but a photo of his character's football jersey posted to Instagram sparked rumors of another tribute, according to Pop Crush.

Furthermore, the new season will be the glee club disbanding, and creator Ryan Murphy previously revealed that the final episode will honor Montheith once more.

"I have a good idea," he said, according to TV Line. "I'm going to tell the studio and the network how after Cory's unfortunate passing we can end the show that I think is very satisfactory. And kind of in his honor, which I love."

Season six of "Glee" premieres on Fox on Feb. 25.
