'I Will Always Love You' by Houston Hits No. 1

Whitney Houston's famed song "I Will Always Love You" has reached No. 1 on iTunes just days after the singer's death.

"I Will Always Love You" by Houston was a cover of a Dolly Parton song and used in the 1992 hit drama film, "The Bodyguard." The film starred Houston alongside Kevin Costner and Gary Kemp.

Currently, the song sits atop iTunes Top 100 downloaded songs, and 24 of Houston's other hits, such as "I Wanna Dance With Somebody," "How Will I Know," and "Greatest Love of All" also made the chart this week.

Houston was found dead at age 48 on Saturday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, Calif., where she was staying prior to her scheduled appearance at Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party.

Houston had not released a real hit in many years, but her past songs' sales have rocketed since the news of her death, and the same sales boost has occurred to her records.

Currently, all of Houston's singles are being downloaded at high rates. Her latest releases, "I Look to You," and "Million Dollar Bill," are doing well, but have seen far fewer downloads than her earlier hits.

Other Houston songs on iTunes Top 100 today include "One Moment in Time," "Star Spangled Banner," "Didn't We Almost Have It All," "I Have Nothing," "Where Do Broken Hearts Go," I'm Every Woman," "Saving All My Love For You," "Run To You," "It's Not Right But It's Okay," "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)," "You Give Good Love," and "Heartbreak Hotel."
