Jada Pinkett Smith "Blessed" by Family and Friends, Urges Others Not to Take Love for Granted
Despite rumors that her marriage is on the rocks, Jada Pinkett Smith is grateful for her family and friends and spent Christmas with them. Pinkett urged her followers to not take love for granted, given how short life can be.
"My husband lost a friend today. It hit me how often I forget that nothing lasts forever, especially life," Pinkett wrote on Facebook on Christmas Eve. "Today, I am blessed to be surrounded by the love of my family and friends, and I have been reminded not to take that for granted. Honor and cherish what and who you love because nothing is immune from impermanence."
Rumors have hounded Pinkett and husband Will Smith for several weeks now, suggesting that the two are on the verge of divorce. Yet they not only spent Christmas together but jetted off to Dubai for a romantic New Year's Eve alone, leaving all the children at home.

Photos of Smith and co-star Margot Robbie surfaced in October, showing them interacting and being very friendly with one another. Robbie, 23, took to Twitter to dismiss any claims that the two were more than just friends and colleagues.
"It's disappointing that goofing around on set could be taken so out of context," Robbie wrote.
Pinkett and Smith have been married for 16 years and share two children: Jaden, 15 and Willow, 13. They have been considered one of Hollywood's success stories, given that they have both managed to maintain their careers while remaining committed to one another.
"What is the thing that Will could do to make me not love him? That would make me abandon him? I can't think of one," Pinkett said in an interview earlier this year. "Except if he did something bad to the kids – now we've got a problem."
Smith can next be seen in "Focus" and will soon be working on "Hancock 2" and "Bad Boys 3."
