Jay Cutler Engaged: Talks Kristin Cavallari, Wedding Plans

They were engaged, called it off, and got back together – now it appears Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler's engagement is back on.

The former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant and her Chicago Bears quarterback fiancé shocked fans when they abruptly ended what appeared to be a fairytale romance, earlier this year.

Cavallari, 24, was said to have been left miserable after reportedly being dumped by Cutler 28, just four days after happily posing in what gossip site TMZ famously called, ''The Tragic Wedding Dress."

After quietly rekindling their romance a few months ago, Cutler reportedly proposed for a second time and Cavallari accepted.

Cutler recently spoke on ESPN's “Waddle and Silvy” radio show, where he indicated that Cavallari is the one making most wedding preparation decisions.

"You guys know as well as I do, I don't make a lot of those decisions. I'm just kind of along for the ride."

The engagement comes shortly after the Internet was abuzz with rumors that Cavallari was romantically linked to pregnant reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy Scott Disick.

The supposed love affair is said to have taken place in 2009 prior to Cavallari's relationship with Cutler, but she immediately denied the claims.

Also known for dating Kim Kardashian's stepbrother Brody Jenner, Cavallari recently speculated that the Kardashians are responsible for the rumors.

She recently appeared on “The Billy Bush Show” where she explained that the rumors were likely part of a desperate plan to distract the public from Kim Kardashian's bad publicity.

While Cutler is reportedly unfazed by the rumors, Cavallari further explained, "I feel like they’re trying to take the heat off her."

The couple's wedding date has not yet been confirmed.
