Jennie Garth Date Night Makes Waves

Newly single Jennie Garth has been spotted on a romantic night out with Los Angeles businessman Jason Clarke this week.

The 40-year-old actress recently split from Peter Facinelli, her husband of three years, and is apparently giving love another go.

Sunday night, Garth and Clarke were photographed together at the W Hollywood, where they enjoyed live music.

"She looked super cute," said an onlooker speaking to Us Weekly. "She loved the music and sat in the front row. It was just the two of them alone."

Once the news reached fans, Jennie became a trending topic online.

"Jennie Garth hits the dating scene," said Jay. "Spotted out enjoying what looked like a date!"

Since her split from Facinneli in March, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star has been linked to HGTV star Antonio Ballatore as well as photographer Noah Abrams.

The insider noted that it was the first date between Garth and Clarke, according to Us Weekly.

Clarke is believed to be the managing director of healthcare solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle in L.A., according to the Daily Mail.

Garth has admitted to hardship following her divorce. The mother of three explained her reaction to Facinelli's decision to leave while on NBC's "Today Show."

"It was something we were working through together," said Garth. "As anybody who's been through it, it's always kind of shocking when it ends up finally happening."

Garth and her ex-husband share daughters Luca Belle, 15, Lola Ray, 9, and Fiona Eve, 5.

"It was sad for our family unit," continued the actress. "We're a really great family, and we always will be, because we have three beautiful daughters together."

However, despite her attempt to cope with the split, the actress has debuted a much thinner frame following the finalization of her divorce. She is believed to have lost up to 30 pounds in recent months.

Garth addressed her new look as well as her new life earlier this month, explaining the events leading up to her divorce.

"I spent a couple of years lying in bed and being depressed, it was that 'I can't breathe' type pain," she said, according to ABC News. "Physically, I didn't look my best and, mentally, I didn't feel my best. I was doing everything I could to be a good mom, but that was all I could handle."

"The past year has been a bit of a rebirth for me as a person by shedding that negative space and all the pain associated with that time," the "Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country" reality star noted.
