Jennie Garth Divorce Finalized

Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli ended their 11-year marriage in one of the most amicable divorces to ever hit Hollywood this week.

The former spouses share three daughters together; Luca Belle, 15, Lola Ray, 10, and Fiona Eve, 6.

Both actors, Garth and Facinelli signed the final divorce paperwork in California in on Wednesday in order to go their separate ways, according to the Daily Mail.

Considering that neither actor requested spousal support and that they agreed to share custody of their kids, the exes appear to be splitting on good terms.

Furthermore, the ardent parents devised a plan to each deposit equal amounts of money into a joint bank account for their children, while both having access to the account, reported Omg Yahoo U.K.

Although the divorce is finalized today, Garth admitted struggling with the split shortly after it occurred in March last year.

"[Marriage] was something we were working through together," said Garth while on the "Today" show.

"As anybody who's been through it, its always kind of shocking when it ends up finally happening," the actress explained. "It was sad for our family unit. We're a really great family, and we always will be, because we have three beautiful daughters together."

Meanwhile, the former "90210" star has since made headlines over an alleged new romance. Garth was spotted on a romantic night out with a Los Angeles businessman Jason Clarke in May.

The pair was photographed together at the W Hollywood where they enjoyed live music.

"She looked super cute," said an onlooker speaking to Us Weekly. "She loved the music and sat in the front row. It was just the two of them alone."

Alternately, Garth's ex-husband has also moved on. Facinelli has been dating Jaimie Alexander since last year, and the actress opened up about dating Garth's ex.

"It's very new to me and it's scary," said 28-year-old Alexander speaking to People magazine earlier this year. "But it's also something we don't want to give up on because I know how it makes me feel in my heart. It makes me feel really good."

She added, "He's a good guy with a great family and I couldn't be any luckier."
