Joe Giudice News: Emotional Reality Star Welcomes Wife Home with a Special Gift

Following Teresa Giudice's stay behind bars and the long wait for the light of the home to be released, Joe and his children prepared a special homecoming reunion for the matriarch.

People has acquired some photos of the "private" family reunion and one of the images shows Teresa smiling under a sign hanging above the kitchen's entrance that reads "Merry Christmas Mom."

Another photo shows Joe drawing Teresa close to him as they give each other wide smiles while staring at each other's eyes.

The most heartwarming photo is that of Teresa's children giving her hugs and kisses, with Joe patting one of the girls in the back as she wipes her tears, showing how much she missed her mother.

To make the matriarch feel more at home, the children decorated the house with signs and holiday decor. One photo shows Teresa being smothered with hugs from her beautiful girls. It is worth noting that in the Bravo special "Teresa Checks In," viewers saw how Joe struggled to keep his family together without Teresa's presence.

Teresa went home in the morning of Wednesday and saw Joe first as he stood waiting for her at the driveway. He then unveiled his homecoming gift to Teresa, who spent almost an entire year in federal prison for fraud charges. Aside from hugs and kisses, Joe gave his wife a brand-new Lexus SUV in black. Wrapped in a big red bow, the gift seemed all too perfect for someone who spent some time in prison and wasn't able to stroll around the city like she usually did.

The children were reportedly waiting for their mother the night before and couldn't get sleep, knowing that their mom was coming home in the morning.

The family's attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., said the couple, along with their four children, will be spending Christmas with their extended families and aren't planning to face the media just yet.

Joe and Teresa are parents to Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.
