Justin Bieber Baby Mama to be Sued in 2 Weeks After DNA Test?

Justin Bieber will take a DNA test in two weeks time to prove that he is not the father of fan Mariah Yeater’s baby, TMZ has reported.

According to sources connected to the pop star, Bieber will take the paternity test when he returns to the United States from Europe. Bieber and his team will then allegedly sue Yeater.

According to TMZ sources reported that Justin’s lawyer Howard Weitzman contacted Mariah Yeater’s attorneys, saying that the DNA test will happen. They have already found a lab to do the test in. Bieber’s team are said to be very serious about the issue.

When the test results are revealed and Bieber is proven not to be the father of Yeater’s child, Bieber’s team plans to sue her for the allegations.

Sources told TMZ, “Bieber and his team think it's important to file a lawsuit against Yeater to show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity.”

Yeater told a California court that she had a tryst with Bieber after his concert at L.A’s Staples Center on Oct 25 last year.

RadarOnline reported that Yeater told the judge: “When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”

Bieber is currently in Belfast for the MTV Europe Music awards, where he received the award for Best Male Act.
