Justin Bieber's 'Baby' Creating 2 Victims: Selena Gomez and Mariah Yeater?
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are not letting the "baby daddy" rumors from Mariah Yeater get between them. In fact, the talk about Bieber fathering Yeater's baby has been good for their relationship because it has reportedly made them closer.
"Selena just wants the world to know she is 100 per cent behind Justin," a source told the Daily Mirror. "They both have very busy careers but she is planning to be with him as much as she can. The whole saga has brought them closer together."
Bieber and Gomez have been traveling Europe together, holding hands in Parisian parks and smiling for the cameras on London stages as Yeater is telling the world that her baby, Trystin, is the pop star's illegitimate son. Yeater has even released photos of Justin's "baby" and has claimed that the two share an uncanny resemblance.
The actions have caused Yeater to face death threats from Bieber's fans and lawsuits from Bieber's lawyers. The "Baby, Baby" singer has vowed to take a DNA test to prove he is not the father, and lawyers claim they will immediately slap a lawsuit on Yeater once they prove Bieber's innocence.
The stress of hearing about Bieber's baby rumors might have been difficult for Gomez, but there has been talk that she will join her boyfriend on another tour – although it is undetermined if she will change her mind if Bieber turns out to be the baby daddy after the DNA test results come in.
However, some people say that despite the difficulties Gomez and Bieber have faced, Yeater is the true victim.
Yeater's lawyer, Jeffry Leving, told WGN-TV: "What really compelled me to get involved in this case is viewing the way she is being bullied, intimidated, and frightened, and everybody is entitled to their day in court."
He added: "Everybody is entitled to access of the judicial system, and they shouldn't be battered or threatened with possible jail time or incarceration where she will lose her child and be locked up and threatened with a big lawsuit to bully her."
