Katy Perry's Ex Bashing Her, Seeing Other Women, Reports Say

Not even a month since he filed for divorce from the pop singer, Russell Brand is seeing other women and bashing his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Katy Perry, reports say.

Friday's issue of Us Weekly has released new details about Brand's new slew of gal pals and claims the British actor and comedian slams Perry to anyone who'll listen.

"She discovered through her friends," a source told the magazine about Perry's discovery of Brand's latest relationships. "One of the women told a friend of hers and it got back to Katy."

"He's spoken terribly about Katy to them," the source added of Brand, who has allegedly already promised another woman he will "explore a relationship" with her. "[Russell] told her he wanted her to move in with him after the divorce is final," the insider confirmed to Us.

Brand filed for divorce from Perry in December, citing irreconcilable differences.

"Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends," Brand said in a statement confirming the split.

The "Get Him to The Greek" star, who was barely known to the American audience before he began seeing Perry, met the singer in 2009 and the two married in India in October 2010.

Brand, 36, filed for a divorce from Perry 14 months later.

Because the couple did not file a prenuptial agreement, California law could entitle Brand, the lesser breadwinner, to $20 million of Perry's fortune.

According to Forbes magazine, Perry, 27, is worth at least $44 million, compared to Brand's estimated $6 million to $15 million range.

Perry has yet to release a statement on the split, but some speculate the pop star's faith began to pester Brand, an atheist.

"Both Katy and Russell were on board with the divorce a few weeks ago … Since Katy's parents are evangelical Christians, we're told she didn't want to be the one to 'officially' end the marriage by filing the docs ... since she was raised to believe divorce is wrong," TMZ reported.
