Torrei Hart, the ex-wife of comedic actor Kevin Hart, recently credited the power of prayer for their repaired relationship.

The sketch writer, who divorced Kevin in 2011 over infidelity, was recently gifted with a 2015 Cadillac Escalade for her 37th birthday by the man she shares two children with. She shared a photo of the lavish gift on social networking site Instagram where she praised God for helping them end their bitter feud in order to peacefully co-parent.

"Big shout out to my baby daddy/friend @kevinhart4real for my brand new @cadillac Escalade," Torrei captioned alongside the photo. "We have had our rough patches but God and prayer can change anything. My family for life. Thanks for always having my back. Now all I have to do is throw some Ds on this B----!! #blessed #happy #bestpiscesseasonever #cadillac #escalade."

The post comes less than a year after the exes engaged in a public feud. Torrei, who made her reality TV debut on VH1's "Atlanta Exes" in August, has been very open about her heartbreaking divorce from Kevin, 35, and she once referred to the comedian's model fiancée, Eniko Parrish, as "a woman who broke up a marriage."

"My woman has nothing to do with my past marriage problems in any way shape or form. It's almost 7yrs total of me not being with my Ex," Kevin tweeted in May last year in response to Torrei's interview with "Entertainment Tonight."

Despite the divorce drama, Torrei previously noted that there was at least one positive aspect of speaking openly about her private life. Last year, the mother of two was left stunned upon learning that her divorce ordeal ultimately saved a suicidal fan's life.

The fan reached out to Torrei via Facebook and explained that she too was left by her husband after he launched a successful career. She said the pain led her to consider ending her own life but Torrei managed to talk her out of it.

"I talked to her and I prayed with her and I told her 'please don't give up on your life just because your husband left you,'" Torrei previously shared with The Christian Post. "She was actually a woman who had two very young children and she helped her husband start his law firm from the ground up and he left her for a younger woman. I said 'honey listen. I was with my ex before everything happened ... the fame the money, before everything. And I've played an intricate part in building his career and he left but I would never end my life over anyone.'"

The VH1 star, who is a devout Christian, encouraged the troubled woman to seek God and to use prayer as a means to overcome her failed marriage, which is ultimately what helped her continue forward after the divorce with Kevin.

"I just encouraged her to stay strong. I said 'I got past it, so you'll be able to do the same thing.' I said 'you've got to trust in God, you've got to pray and just stay focused on the positives in this situation,'" she recounted. "So that was one thing that really struck me, that my story is really impacting someone and has actually helped someone to keep living."

Torrei is currently in a relationship with her manager, Reno Rankin, who she said has a strong bond with her and Kevin's children.

"My kids love him. I love his kids too. He's a great guy … He's pretty much around my kids almost every day. When I'm with the kids, he's with the kids. We recently took a very fun camping trip; he made me step outside of my comfort zone. He has me trying new things, which I like," said Torrei.
