Nick Viall once again returned to the hit reality TV show 'The Bachelor'. In the Monday night premier of season 21 of the show, Viall met the 30 girls vying for his heart, one of whom was a woman he has slept with before.

The Suitors

The 30 suitors, from whom Nick Viall has to choose his 'soulmate', seemed like the usual mix of smart, beautiful and downright crazy; Alexis, an aspiring dolphin trainer from New Jersey turned up in a shark costume.

The other stand-outs were Rachel, an attorney from Dallas, Vanessa, special education teacher in Montreal who speaks three languages, Taylor the mental health counselor from Seattle, Corrine the heiress to a multi-million dollar empire and the most likely villain of this season and Elizabeth a.k.a. Liz who already had a one night stand with Nick before.

Liz apparently had a fling with Nick a few months ago. They met at a wedding when Viall supposedly asked Liz for her number, but she decided not to oblige. They never spoke again until now, according to Aces Showbiz.

Viall handed out roses to Vanessa, Danielle, Christen, Astrid, Corinne, Elizabeth W., Jasmine G., Raven, Kristina, Danielle M., Sarah, Josephine, Lacey, Taylor, Alexis a.k.a. Shark Lady, Hailey, Whitney, Dominique, Jaimi, Brittany and Liz.

Olivia, Lauren, Briana, Jasmine B., Michelle, Ida Marie, Angela and Susannah were the first participants in the season to be sent home.

Nick Viall's Affair with 'The Bachelor'

Nick Viall is proving to be the most controversial pick for the Bachelor due to his previous appearances on the long-running reality dating show. Aside from being two-time runner-up on the 'Bachelorette' and spending a summer on 'Bachelor in Paradise', this is Nick's fourth time on the show.

Nick justifies himself to fans of the show by saying that "If you don't give up on love, eventually you'll find it," reports People. Whether he finds his love on this season of 'The Bachelor' remains to be seen.
