Paralympic Athletes Take Over in the Gym and Send a Powerful Message to the World
A new year is around the corner and so are the summer Olympics. This year, the games will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and we'll hear about all of the big-name athletes who compete. But we're unlikely to hear about the big names in the Paralympics. In this video, these athletes are sent into gyms to shock the locals.
Nobody is perfect, but God has given us all a gift and it's up to us to allow it to bring out the best in us. That's exactly what the team who made this video for the 2016 Paralympic Games was counting on when they sent these individuals into gyms across Rio. Luciano Dantas, a powerlifter with dwarfism, Vinicius Rodrigues, an amputee sprinter, and Lucia Teixeira, who is visually impaired, shock those around them with their God-given talents. Although each has a physical challenge, they all do an amazing job.
