Ronda Rousey-Holly Holm Rematch News: Champ Is Up For Fighting Cyborg in Higher Division
Following her widely acclaimed victory over UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, Holly Holm seems to be ready for another huge fight as she recently said she is "open" to the idea of getting in the octagon with who experts consider as the biggest threat to Rousey's reign.
Before Holm delivered a kick to the head that gave "Rowdy" her first painful loss, it was Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino who people referred to as the former champion's biggest threat, mainly because she has been undefeated for an entire decade now.
According to MMA Mania, Rousey and Justino's team spent two long years in talks and were still unable to come up with a settlement as to which weight class they should compete in. If the "super fight" happened between Rousey and Justino, Holm won't be the champion today.

However, Cyborg had been busy keeping her winning streak and Rousey's team wasn't able to strike a deal with the featherweight fighter so Holm took the opportunity and is now ready for another historical fight.
According to MMA Fighting, Holm said, "I know with the UFC, they don't have that [featherweight] division. So if that was something that they were going to put together, I'm not against it. I'm open to it."
If Holm and Justino settle on fighting in the featherweight division, it only means that fans will have to kiss their wishes good-bye for now when it comes to talks about a rematch between Holm and Rousey.
Some experts believe that a Holm-Cyborg bout would likely result to a draw, while some think that Holm has a good chance against the fighter, who has remained undefeated in 10 years, if they decide to meet at a bantamweight octagon.
"The Preacher's Daughter" gave UFC fans the biggest upset in the sport's history in UFC 193, and while Rousey has been exchanging nasty statements with Cyborg in the past few years, Holm seems to be friends with the tough fighter.
