Seattle Rapper Macklemore Doesn't Like OKC Thunder Using 'Can't Hold Us Down'
Rap superstar and Seattle native Macklemore is not happy at the Oklahoma City Thunder's decision to use his and Ryan Lewis' song "Can't Hold Us Down" as a pump up song for the fans during their home games during their playoffs run.
Yesterday afternoon the hitmaker took to Twitter to express his dissatisfaction of the move saying, "RT @coug123: So apparently the OKC blunder are using @macklemore 'Can't hold us' as a song to hype up the crowd in their arena."
The rapper also has a song about about Seattle Mariner's announcer, the late Dave Neihaus.

After the success of Macklemore and Lewis' first major successful single "Thrift Shop" off of his latest album The Heist, "Can't Hold us Down" is proving almost as popular so far, garnering over 26 million views and reaching the number one spot on the Billboard charts.
The Heist went to the number one most downloaded spot on iTunes just hours after its release despite no support or promotion from any labels.
Today the Associated Press released a report naming Macklemore as a performer at the Billboard Music Awards on May 19th in Las Vegas as well as Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, and several others.
