NARAL Pro-Choice America

NARAL Pro-Choice America President Mini Timmaraju tweeted a petition that invites people to “mobilize against this harmful federal ruling and fight to protect reproductive freedom for everybody.”

“As this baseless lawsuit makes its way to an extremist Supreme Court, we will continue to fight with our allies to protect and expand access to medication abortion for all,” Timmaraju wrote.

The text of the petition on NARAL’s website insists that mifepristone is “safe, effective, and used in the majority of abortion care throughout the country.” NARAL also asserted that pro-life lawmakers will continue trying to outlaw abortion and that they would not stop with the reversal of Roe v. Wade

“When the courts or Congress or state lawmakers come for our rights, we don't back down,” NARAL’s website reads. “We'll hold our leaders accountable, no matter the cost. We're channeling our anger into action, and we want you with us.”
