President Joe Biden held a press conference in Hanoi, Vietnam, Sunday after meeting with Vietnam General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. In his remarks, he discussed China, saying he doesn't want to "isolate" or "contain" the communist country and referred to people who have opposing views about global warming as "lying, dog-faced pony soldiers."

Here are five highlights from Biden’s press conference, including details about a multi-billion dollar solar facility in Angola the president said would be "the largest in the world," and a railroad stretching from India to the Middle East to the Mediterranean and Europe.
