Jennie Garth Home Sold for $2 Million Profit to 'Big Bang Theory' Producer Bill Prady
Former "90210" star Jennie Garth and her ex-husband, Peter Facinelli, have sold their home for profit following their divorce.
The couple has shared the Toluca Lake mansion since 2003, at which time they purchased the home for $1.35 million. The couple originally wed in January of 2001, after meeting on the set of "An Unfinished Affair" in 1995. Together they have three daughters: Luca Bella (born 1997), Lola Ray (born 2002), and Fiona Eve (born 2006).
The star couple announced in March that they would be seeking a divorce. The divorce was finalized in June, with both parties promising to keep things "civil" for the sake of their children. The couple agreed however, to sell their 8,500 square foot home, which was purchased recently for $3.99 million, a more than twice the original purchasing price.

The home features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a playground, a pool and a five-car garage. But despite earning a large profit on the mansion, the home was originally listed at $6 million according to Reality TV Magazine.
The purchaser of the home has also been named. On Monday it was revealed that "Big Bang Theory" executive producer Bill Prady won the final bid for the 1937 home that was designed by architect Paul Williams.
Prady's career has been on the rise following a slew of awards that he has as achieved for the "Big Bang Theory" which he is also the co-creator of. Last year the show was honored with an Emmy nominee for "Best Comedy Series." It won both the People' Choice Award and the Critic's Choice Award for a Television Series.
This year it was nominated a second time in a row for an Emmy Award and a Teen's Choice Award. It also won an International TV Audience Award at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival.
