Pacquiao Marquez Live Showdown: Time for a Definitive Conclusion?

Welterweight titleholder Manny Pacquiao will face off against Juan Manuel Marquez on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, in one of the most high-anticipated fights in this year’s boxing calendar.

The fight will be the third meeting between the two boxers, with their previous bouts proving to be some of the most memorable matches in the past decade. In their 2004 meeting the brutal encounter ended as a controversial draw. In 2008 Pacquiao won the bout by a narrow split decision from the judges. There are many in the sport that believe Marquez should have won both bouts.

Pacquiao has achieved four knockdowns in their two previous meetings, however, Marquez has won the greater number of rounds.
